At the end of each plan year, we will collect and analyze payroll & plan related data in order to complete the mandatory Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL) testing and notice requirements.  Our basic service package includes:

  • Average Deferral Percentage & Average Contribution Percentage testing;
  • Top Heavy & Coverage testing;
  • Annual Additions, 401(k) & Catch-Up limit testing;
  • Employer tax deductions limit advisement;
  • Profit sharing & forfeiture allocations;
  • Safe harbor allocation & required notices;
  • IRS form 5500 preparation & electronic filing;
  • Annual Plan Sponsor report.

We can also provide additional administrative services including:
